Before UX, I spent more than a decade shaping customer experiences by listening to people, solving problems alongside customers, and building trust. Those experiences strengthened my ability to ask thoughtful questions, communicate clearly, and create positive outcomes for people and the businesses they rely on.

Today, I work as a school bus driver, where I continue to observe human behavior, make thoughtful decisions under pressure, and navigate real-world challenges with people, safety, and accessibility in mind.
