With a strong background in shaping customer experiences, I’ve spent years learning what delights people, what frustrates them, and what truly helps. That experience sharpened my ability to design with empathy, clarity, and intention.


As a UX designer, I help companies go from messy friction points to smooth, user-focused flows. Whether that’s navigation that welcomes you instead of overwhelming you, dashboards where the most important data is front and center, or visual identities that connect with people.


Recently with GPTSheets, I discovered through CRM data and usability tests that users were abandoning onboarding because they didn’t understand the AI features. I redesigned the onboarding and dashboard, adding walkthroughs and data visualizations that led to stronger trust and higher retention. That’s the kind of work I believe in.
